I don't think its working.....HELLO!

This is Drake park in Bend Oregon, they are feeding the water fowl bird food that makes them un-fertile.

12 of these are baby's

And just look here! I don't think it is working people, there are more ducks and geese here now then ever before. I'm thinking they made a mistake when they grabbed the bird feed....hum?
