Computer AGAIN!

So it came back and all the USB ports worked, but the card reader didn't. So when I called them yesterday while on the phone I pulled the cover off. They didn't plug the card reader in to the motherboard!. So I fixed it all by myself. (saving 2 weeks of ship to and back).

So here are some photos from my Mom and Dads house.
Carla is getting so big, and smart. My sister is doing a great job as a single Mom.

C.P.U. update for the last time

It's back, it's working, I'm happy. The funny thing about having my computer repaired, is...by the time I got it back and working the warntttey had ran out. but they had it in thier hands when it went out so we will just call this one close.

The same but not

Check out the friend at the park,They may look the same but there are two of them, I have more photo's but will post them tomorrow after going out in the am.

The first one is the one that I have taken a ton of photo's fo, He can't fly. The other one could be a female but they mate for life and his mate was killed a few years ago, so who knows what will happen. Last year he fell in love with a goose.

A short project at work

I had been wanting to do this for a while and so I "got r done" yesterday.

B-DAY WITH MOM

Rick,taylor,Mom & Dad and I all went to Baldy's for dinner last night for Mom's birthday.
We had a good time. And the food was as always GREAT!!.

And the name is........

Zonotrichia leucophrys, or as we call them the White crowned Sparrow.
( See post w/pictures below.) P.S. Who could say that first name any way.
but it is a pretty bird.

We had some new friends stop by today, I think that they are a Sparrow of some type.
I will look them up when I get home.

Well thanks to Rick and Ali, I'm back on line. they gave me my OLD computer back ( Rick now has a Rockin' apple). So in tell mine comes back from the factory this one will do.

Well it is gone!!. it should be back some time in the future (2 to 3 weeks).
mean while my Bother will be bringing a computer or two over to tide me over.

THE C.P.U. WOW'S CONTINUE

So nothing has worked on my computer that I have done, or best buy, or the stuff that Gateway
has sent me. After doing every thing that the powers that be could come up with. Gateway is going to replace the mother board. My Brother is giving me a fairly new Dell!!. I tell you that my family has been very good to me. I can't even think about where I would be without them. People say that beating my drug addiction is such a great thing, well I know that without my family being there when it counted I would be........

Well I loaded the wrong program, Soooooooooooo I did it again today and will try again tonight!!!.

I'm still having trouble with my computer but I think that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
