I hope we all had a very mary! I'm at Rick and Ali's and will do a propper up date tomarrow.
We have a foot of snow here and more on the way. As always having a good time here. I'm dog setting today. walks are a chore in all this snow but the dog love's it.

the trip from H.E double tooth picks

Well it started out O.K. the transport bus was only a few min. late. That's the good part.
We had three engines when I got on in chemult, by the time we got to Eugene we had one and were 2 hours late. we got to Portland at 7:30. great but we were to be in Tacoma at 7:11. we were close though there was an 11 in the time (11:00 pm.) I woke to Gabe this morning and we have been playing all day. When he gets up we are going shopping!!. in tell the next up-date.

Still in bend!!!!

Well, I'm still in bend. I should be some where between Bend and Tacoma... but train don't go there today!. I found out last night that there was a flood ( thanks to my SISTER ) and that the tracks had been damaged. So I will be leaving in the morning. I will update as much as possible while there. (I will be playing with the Kid as much as possible also. So in tell my next update.

Another good buy

My 12 volt drill was ready to die, I had used it for about 2 yrs. so while at dads second home (home Depote) i looked around to see if they had one. Well they did $80 marked down to $60 marked down to $50. While looking at it an employee came up and asked if he could help. I told him I was looking at the drill, but it had no charger or case! Let me get you some one, A man came and checked with me to make sure I had the right charger, then said how about $20 I almost thought about it. but then I just said I'll take it. This thing has a lazer level that shoots three ways. Just another smart buy by a MASTER.

Turkey-day

I had a great t-day at Rick and Ali's, I had way to much to eat. (Ali is such a good cook/host) I didn't take as many photo's as I would have liked, I would of had to stop eating !. She made an oatmeal pie.... WOW was it good!!. I don't have a strong enough signal to upload photos. but wiil send them along tomarrow.

The MAN (again)

So the powers that be here at the Inn wanted to change the T.V. room doors to passage doors instead of card lock. The company that we get the locks from wanted $300.00 ea. to change them out. So I put my thinking cap on, and what do you know, I fixed the locks that we already had on the doors for the cost of 1 16 penny nail. Plus I can change them back to locking in about 5 minutes for a total $0.00. So I saved them $1200.00 and got them what they wanted. Should I ask for another raise?.

I will be at Rick and Ali's for the weekend. So I don't know if I will post anything in tell Monday.

Inn hot water

Today the Inn is in hot water I just had all three of the water tanks replaced that supply the hot water to the upstairs.
Other news; The birds are eating well they are going through 20lbs. of food a week.
All the leaves have fallen and are being picked up as I write this.(yes some one else is doing that.)

HAPPY B-DAY DOREEN

MY AUNT DOREEN HAD HER 79TH BIRTHDAY , HER OLDEST SON AND DAUGHTER CAME AS WELL AS MY BROTHER RICK. WE ALL HAD A GOOD TIME AS YOU CAN SEE !

Cold/miles

WELL IT GOT COLD TODAY, IN TO THE 20'S AND IS GOING TO STAY THAT WAY FOR AWHILE (APRIL,MAY SOME TIME AROUND THERE).

I TURNED 1900 MILES ON THE BIKE BUT DID NOT HAVE MY CAMERA WITH ME SO YOU WILL HAVE TO TRUST ME I DID IT.

Update on the Inn

Well the sand is all packed down, and the cover is back on.
We should be hearing about the trailer that they won't to park there soon.
They say that the septic tank problem should be fixed by the end of nov.
I am giving odds on that one!

A light show !

I got up at 4:30am to the metier shower this morning. It was a good show and worth the time. I seen at least 20 of them, ranging in colors from white,blue ,yellow and orange.
they were left-overs from Haily's comet that went by way back in the seventy's.
No photos but I did get a stiff neck !

This can't be snow, no not frozen water that has fallen from the sky ?
I know it looks like snow....but Mom and Dad are still in town.
they are gone by the time the snow Begin's to fly!
So who is playing game here in Bend ?
